Do you need to change the email address that is being used for your UserFeedback account? This step-by-step guide will show you how.

Prerequisites:

• You’ve purchased UserFeedback (this automatically will create an account with us).
• You’re able to log in to your UserFeedback account. (If you need to change your password, please see our guide: How to Log in If You’ve Lost Your Username or Password)

To change your email associated with your UserFeedback account:

Step 1: Log in to your UserFeedback account area: UserFeedback Account Login page.

Step 2: Click the icon next to Contact Info:

Step 3: Update the email address within the primary email field:

And you are done! You’ve updated your UserFeedback account email address.
