In this article, we’ll go over what every question type looks like. While a lot of question types are available with the Lite version of our plugin, we will showcase all questions that are available with our Plus license and above.
In total, there are seven question types, each representing a different page in the survey. All vary in looks and functionality. Let’s begin, shall we?
Checkboxes
Checkboxes let people choose more than one option from a list. This is handy when people might like more than one thing or when there are many right answers to a question.
Radio Buttons
Radio buttons allow users to select only one option from a list of choices. This is useful when you want respondents to make a single selection among multiple options.
Email Capture
It’s used to collect email addresses from people who answer your surveys. This will help stay in touch with your audience and send them relevant content or offers via email.
Single Text Field
It’s typically used to gather short pieces of information, like the user’s name, address, or a short comment.
Long Answer
This question type is designed for longer responses, such as comments, feedback, or explanations. Unlike the Single Text Field, which is limited to shorter inputs, long-answer fields allow you to get more comprehensive responses
Star Rating
Star rating fields are simple and intuitive, providing a visual way to convey your evaluation. The users of your website are asked to answer by clicking on stars, which range from one star (worst) to five stars (best).
Net Promoter Score
A Net Promoter Score (NPS) field is a way to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction. This can help you gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. By using this field, you can get valuable insights into customer loyalty and advocacy, which can help you make informed strategic decisions and initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
