The first method we want to cover is for adding a feedback form popup on WordPress using UserFeedback. If you’re looking to gather customer feedback effectively, UserFeedback is the ideal tool.
UserFeedback is user-friendly and allows you to create popups effortlessly in WordPress. It offers a variety of templates for NPS surveys, phone lead forms, CES surveys, CSAT surveys, post-purchase reviews, and much more.
UserFeedback operates as a standalone popup plugin for WordPress, so there’s no need for additional plugins to create a survey popup.
The reports feature allows you to view your survey responses easily. It also integrates seamlessly with MonsterInsights to sync your form submissions with your website’s analytics.
So, without further ado, let’s get started.
First, go to UserFeedback and select the license that best suits your needs.
The Plus license provides access to premium templates, branding customization, and excellent features. We recommend the Pro license for more advanced capabilities, including specific targeting and scheduling surveys in advance.
Once you’ve purchased UserFeedback, log in to your UserFeedback account.
Click on Downloads, then download the UserFeedback plugin and copy your License Key.
Next, go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Plugins » Add New. At the top, click on Upload Plugin.
Select the UserFeedback zip file you downloaded, or drag and drop it into the upload box, and then press Install Now.
After the installation is complete, click the Activate Plugin button. The setup wizard will launch automatically.

By default, the survey is scheduled to go live later. If you prefer it to start immediately, simply switch off the Schedule for Later option.

Step 1: Install WPForms on WordPress
To start, go to WPForms and purchase a license. We recommend getting WPForms Pro to access over 500 templates, payment processing, surveys, and other advanced features.
However, any plan will allow you to create a form for your popup.
After purchasing your license, download the WPForms plugin from your account by clicking Download WPForms. Copy your license key by clicking the clipboard icon next to the License Key.
Then, go to WPForms » Settings » General and enter your license key. Click the Verify Key button to complete the setup.
Step 2: Create a Lead Capture Form in WPForms
To create a new form, go to WPForms » Add New in your WordPress dashboard. Start by naming your form; for instance, “Email Lead Capture – Newsletter Signup.”
