For this tutorial, we’ll use UserFeedback, the best user feedback WordPress plugin famous for its user-friendliness and robust features.

UserFeedback is perfect if you’re looking for a straightforward way to gather insights from your visitors. It offers a range of pre-set questions to get you started, and you can always tailor these or craft your own based on your unique needs.

Here’s what makes UserFeedback a top choice:

Step 2: Enable Features

Once you’ve moved on, you’ll see a range of features that you can activate, depending on the type of UserFeedback license you got.

After you’ve completed editing your survey, scroll down and click Next Step to continue.

You’ll arrive at the Settings page, where you can fully customize your survey.

If you’re using MonsterInsights, you can choose to enable Google Analytics tracking, which I suggest keeping on for useful insights.

In the Targeting section, decide where and when your survey will appear on your site. You can set it to display on specific pages or devices, ensuring it effectively reaches the right audience.

Next, in the Behavior section, configure when and how your survey is presented to visitors:

After you’ve set these preferences, click Next Step again to proceed.

On the Notifications screen, decide if you want an email notification each time your survey gets a response:

Move on to the Publish page.

Your survey is set to go live later by default. If you want it to go live immediately, simply toggle off the Schedule for Later option.

When you’re satisfied with all the settings, click Save and Schedule.

For additional personalization, head over to UserFeedback » Settings » Widget in your dashboard.
