Advanced Survey Targeting Made Easy
Previously, survey targeting was limited to device and page/post filters. But now, UserFeedback Pro users can leverage powerful targeting capabilities.
Simply create a new survey and use the drop-down in the targeting section:
As you can see, users can now target individuals based on user roles, query parameters, taxonomy, and cookie statuses, as well as the original pages and posts.
These options are designed to help you tailor your surveys to specific user segments, ensuring you get the most relevant data possible.
By precisely reaching the right audience, you increase the likelihood of responses, which means better insights from your surveys. Ultimately, better data lets you improve products and services, translating into increased customer satisfaction and revenue!
To take advantage of this new enhancement, upgrade to a UserFeedback Pro license or update to the latest version of UserFeedback (1.3.0).
