Introducing the New NPS® Survey Report: Seamless Insights in WordPress

Net Promoter Score® (NPS®) surveys are amazing tools for measuring customer loyalty and viewing the overall satisfaction with your brand.

At UserFeedback, we wanted to make tracking and calculating your NPS® score as simple as possible. So, with the launch of UserFeedback 1.2, I’m thrilled to introduce the NPS® Survey Report!

This new feature integrates seamlessly into your WordPress dashboard, giving you immediate insights into how your customers feel. It streamlines the process, allowing you to quickly determine if your customers are happy or if you need to make adjustments.

Let’s take a deeper look into this awesome new feature.

Effortless NPS® Monitoring in WordPress

Tracking and calculating your NPS® score used to be a hassle, with lots of manual data handling and calculations that could easily lead to mistakes.

But now, with UserFeedback, it’s easier than ever.

All the vital data you need is gathered directly from your WordPress dashboard, eliminating the need to juggle between platforms and make any manual calculations.

Simply create a new NPS® survey using our pre-made template and publish it on your website:

As respondents complete your survey, their data will be automatically tracked and instantly available in the NPS® Survey Report inside your WordPress dashboard:

How cool is that?

The graph illustrates how your NPS® score has evolved over time, providing a dynamic view of your audience’s feedback:
