By default, only Administrators and Editors of your site have full control over the UserFeedback surveys, results, and the settings panels. You can control who can see UserFeedback results and settings and who can view and save different settings based on their user roles. Learn how to allow user roles to access the UserFeedback surveys, results, and settings below.
Before we get started, you’ll have the UserFeedback plugin installed on your site
Then, log in to your WordPress admin area and navigate to UserFeedback » Settings » Access » Access Control. You should be able to see three fields as listed below. The field names are self-explanatory.
- Create & Edit Surveys
- View Results
- Delete Surveys & Responses
Click on the area next to the label you want to add user roles and select the role from the drop-down. Then, click the Save Settings button.
That’s it! You’ve allowed user roles to access the UserFeedback survey results and settings.
