Ready to get started with UserFeedback for WordPress? It’s easy to do in just a few clicks. In this guide, we’ll walk through the process of installing the UserFeedback plugin on your WordPress site.

Step 1: Download the UserFeedback Plugin

To get started, you’ll need to download the UserFeedback plugin.

1. First, log in to your UserFeedback account by clicking the Login link at the top of the page.
2. Log in with the details shared during your initial purchase.
3. Once on your account page, click on the Downloads tab
4. To download UserFeedback, once in the Downloads area click the blue Download UserFeedback button on the right next to the UserFeedback Pro or Plus plugin name:
   

   Step 2: Upload and Install UserFeedback on Your WordPress Site

   Now that you have downloaded the zip file containing UserFeedback, you can navigate to your website to install UserFeedback and log in to the WordPress admin area.

   Then navigate to Plugins » Add New and click the Upload Plugin button at the top.

   On the new page, you can click the Choose File button to navigate to the folder you downloaded the zip file containing UserFeedback and select it.

   Then click the Install Now button to upload and install the plugin on your website.

   Once the UserFeedback zip file has been uploaded and installed, you can click the blue Activate Plugin button to activate the plugin on your site.

   Finally, you’ll need to enter your license key. You can find your license key on your My Account page.

   Back in your WordPress admin area, you can navigate to UserFeedback » Settings to enter your license and then click on the Verify button.
